Mulberry Bear Nursery Staff
Claire Lademan Nursery Manager – BA in Childhood Studies; Early Years Professional Status and NNEB
I have worked in the childcare sector from 1989 joining Mulberry Bear in 2009. This is a fascinating career no two days are alike. It is an unmeasurable pleasure and privilege being welcomed to care for someone else’s precious child. Seeing children flourish, become independent, strong and curious to learn is the most satisfying outcome you could wish for. We’re keen watchers of sport in our family and spend many weekends watching Moto GP and/or rugby union both live and on TV! I have been fortunate to visit South Africa (SA) a few times and never tire of Cape Town so I’d probably place SA top of my list.
Sharon Rigby Deputy Nursery Manager – NNEB
I have worked at Mulberry for nearly 40 years now. I knew at an early age I wanted to work in childcare. It is a rewarding work. It is a pleasure to see children grow and develop from a baby through to a school age child. It makes my day to know I help shape their development and lifelong skills for the future.
